Overview

The TL 9000 standard helps telecom companies to operate their business at the highest levels of quality performance while lowering the costs for their customers and organizations. It is critical that companies adopting the TL 9000 standard as part of their business practice fully understand the implications of all elements of the standard.

For this purpose, QuEST Forum has selected Accreditation Bodies (ABs) in several countries around the world who, in turn, select and accredit various Certification Bodies (CBs) to perform certification audits of implementations of the TL 9000 Quality Management System.
