// QuEST Forum TL 9000 Release 4.5 Data Template
//
// This template may be used for data dated
// January 2011 or later and MUST be used for data
// dated July 2011 or later until replaced by
// the next Product Category Table release.
//
// Enter your TL 9000 data into this template, save it as
// a file on your computer then upload the file to the
// TL 9000 Data Submission upload engine for preliminary
// checking or final processing. The MRS checks your data
// then sends you a TL 9000 Output Value Report(s) via the
// web that you can store on your computer. After uploading
// this template for final processing, the MRS creates
// the Data Submission Receipt(s) (DSR) used to satisfy
//   Requirement 3.5.2 e) of the TL 9000 Measurements
// Handbook, Release 4.5, and sends it to the RMS where it
// is distributed by e-mail to the authorized recipients
//   in your company.
//
// Perform the following steps to enter your
//   data into the template:
//
// 1. Enter a value for the YearOfData
// by replacing the %%%% symbols with the year
//      (2011, 2012, ...) of data reported in this
//      submission.
//
// 2. Enter a value for the MonthOfData
// by replacing the && symbols with the month
// (1-12 without a leading zero) of data reported
//      in this submission.
//
// 3. If you make more than one data submission per
// product category per registration, replace 'All'
// in the Product/Location field with an
// appropriate identifier of the product or location.
//
// 4. Enter a 16 character encryption key for this
// submission by replacing xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx with 16
// printable characters. You create the encryption key.
// The characters can be any of the alphanumeric characters
// that will print on a standard printer (a-z,A-Z,0-9).
// Invalid characters include space or blank and all control
// codes such as tab, backspace, enter, etc.
// This 16 character encryption key is used to encrypt
// your submission data in the MRS system.
//
// 5. Replace each # symbol with TL 9000 data.
// See the TL 9000 Quality Management System
// Measurements Handbook, Release 4.5 for an
// explanation of each data field.
//
// 6. Use "Save as" to save the data using a file name
//      that you assign.
//
// 7. Log into the QuEST Forum/TL 9000 portal website,
// and use TL 9000 Data Submission function to upload
//      this file when prompted.
//
//   Notes:
// Do not change the DataTemplateType, the ProductCategory,
// or the ProductCategoryTableName fields. Use the template
// with the correct value. If you cannot find the
// correct template, contact the TL 9000 Administrator
// via the Contact Us button on the tl9000.org or questforum.org
//   website.
//
// Do not delete or change any line starting with "(" or ")".
//
// Do not change any measurement or sub-measurement names.
//
// Any line starting with // is treated as a comment
// and may be deleted from the template.
// All text on a line after // is treated as a comment.
// You may also add comments by preceding them with //.
//
// Page references in the measurements below are to the TL 9000
