QuEST Forum's authorized training providers are active QuEST Forum member companies that have contributed to the development of the TL 9000 Handbooks, presented at the Best Practices Conferences, and participated in other QuEST Forum activities. These providers are selected for their experience in telecommunications industry, training and access to subject matter experts. Course instructors undergo rigorous training, meet exacting qualification criteria, and demonstrate thorough expertise in TL 9000 implementation and audits. Each instructor is certified by a QuEST Forum qualified Master Trainer that the individual can effectively communicate the course material and successfully address participant questions.
